1. About the sample: How could we get a sample?
ANSWER: We have to receive your payment for samples as well as the shipping charges and then send samples to you. The prices of the samples will be a little higher than that on the pricelist. Shipping charges depend on the quantity of the samples.We will reduce the cost of sample when your first order.

2. About expressfor sending the sample: could I offer my account of DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT etc.Then there is no necessary to pay the charge of express?
ANSWER: If you have effective account of DHL, FedEx , UPS, etc.,there is no need to pay the express charge. We will send the samples at the freight collect by you.

3. About price: could we get your pricelist?
ANSWER: Yes, please tell us the products, quantity you are interested in, and then we will offer the pricelist by e-mail or by Fax.

4. About the shipment: what kind of shipment will you use?
ANSWER: We usually delivery the products by international express (such as DHL, FedEx , UPS, TNT etc.) .The quantity is larger, we may ship by air,ocean container or according your request .

5. About payment: what terms of payment do you use?
ANSWER: If the amounts is under USD50000.00 ,We only accept T/T payment and WESTERN UNION in advance.

6. About warranty: how long for warranty?
ANSWER: Within 12 months,the goods can be repaired by us without any cost ;Within 13-24 months , following order after receiving the unqualified products from you.

7. About OEM or ODM: could we place orders by OEM or ODM style to produce our own brand products in China?
ANSWER: OEM and ODM order are welcome.
